The first phase of the development was programmed as a significant turnkey mixed-use complex covering approximately 92,567 m² of construction area, incorporating residential, hospitality, office, and retail components to support integrated urban living, international tourism, and commercial activity.
Architectural concept work includes multiple high-rise towers designed to set a new standard for premium urban development in Libya, combining international hospitality standards with local market requirements and Mediterranean coastal aesthetics.
