Hampton Business Park
A 97,000 SF office warehouse development featuring 46 leasable units and integrated co-working space, delivered through comprehensive BIM coordination and design-build program management.
Integrated Design-Build Delivery
Pearland is a city located in the Houston metropolitan area in Texas, USA. It is situated just south of Houston, providing easy access to the city's amenities while offering a more suburban lifestyle.
This office warehouse project consists of 11 blocks on a corner plot with 124 feet of frontage. It includes 46 leasable units and a 5,940 sq ft co-working space. The entire process was managed using BIM, with all project layers individually modeled and coordinated.
Design and BIM processes progressed together, with all design options produced through this model. Cost and scheduling were integrated into the model for simulation, enabling real-time decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Our Role
Transferring drawings from project authors into the BIM environment to ensure coordination among all disciplines. Developing implementation designs based on these models and creating interior designs according to usage scenarios. Managing the adaptation processes for BIM 360 usage on the construction site.
